This is not a typical marketing role. It is for someone who naturally aligns with heart-led leadership.
It is a trust-building communications role that aligns with our Go-to-Market Execution Roadmap and actively supports all pillars to achieve their KPIs while building a strong community at the same time.

A grounded, sincere, intentional person based in Metro Manila, Philippines with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience who:

Your Responsibilities
You will play a lead role to help shape how Coco Veda is understood by:
sharing authentic stories of the brand and the efficacy of our products
communicating our Triple Bottomline, impact-focused business model
supporting all business team members to achieve the KPIs of our growth roadmap
communicating the science behind the brand and our product range
strategizing to build trust and understanding across our digital presence
engaging with our community in a human, respectful, meaningful way
ensuring that all of this contributes to scaling Coco Veda into an eight-figure DTC brand Everything you do should reflect Coco Veda's heart, purpose, and integrity.
as a leader, you will constantly monitor & track progress ensuring that our external voice is authentic & translates to metrics that evidence growing trust
How We Will Know You're Succeeding
Success is not measured in post counts or vanity metrics.
You will need to understand the GTM Execution Plan and submit your detailed proposal on how you will help achieve this through authentic communications by building brand trust across multiple channels.
You are succeeding when:
people give us high quality testimonials, UGCs, reviews, and ratings which we track
our online following and engagement grow meaningfully
our story is repeated correctly by customers and partners
sales grow across different channels
repeat customers increase
we have a growing community with advocates who endorse us regularly and keep Coco Veda top of mind in their daily lifestyle routines
trust is quantified in clear, measurable ways
Selection Process
Step 1: Send your resume and proposal / execution plan with timelines to [Confidential Information] along with salary expectations and any information important to you. Be upfront - we prefer frank conversations.
Step 2: If you are a potential fit, we will schedule an online meeting to get acquainted and establish alignment.
Step 3: If alignment is strong both ways, we will choose one small real project as a paid quick test case. Step 4: Commercial discussions and KPI setting.
Step 5: Meet in-person before commencing, if possible.
Commercial Package
A fair compensation package will be discussed based on alignment, your proposal, and the outcomes of the test project. Do bear in mind that Coco Veda is a small Social Enterprise & not an established / large business
This is a busy and demanding role that goes beyond standard working hours - open, honest discussion of expectations is essential.
You may be able to earn up to 5% of net revenue share from regular business that comes through your personal network.
There's a performance bonus every six months (half-yearly), based on agreed KPIs and alignment with Coco Veda's evolving journey.
