Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Treasury Systems Manager to oversee our Treasury and Banking systems, ensure smooth operations, and drive process improvements. You will document key policies, support Treasury teams, and manage a small team while playing a critical role in optimizing financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Treasury System Administrator for all Treasury and Banking systems.
  • Set up and maintain static data and lists of values for new or improved systems.
  • Prepare and maintain clear documentation of policies, procedures, and system workflows.
  • Support Branch and Head Office Treasury issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for management.
  • Process government and bank-related enrollments.
  • Supervise and mentor 1 staff member.
  • Evaluate system effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years managerial experience in retail, banking, or related industry.
  • Solid knowledge of system development, documentation, and process improvements.
