About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Treasury Systems Manager to oversee our Treasury and Banking systems, ensure smooth operations, and drive process improvements. You will document key policies, support Treasury teams, and manage a small team while playing a critical role in optimizing financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Treasury System Administrator for all Treasury and Banking systems.
- Set up and maintain static data and lists of values for new or improved systems.
- Prepare and maintain clear documentation of policies, procedures, and system workflows.
- Support Branch and Head Office Treasury issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for management.
- Process government and bank-related enrollments.
- Supervise and mentor 1 staff member.
- Evaluate system effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting preferred.
- Minimum 2 years managerial experience in retail, banking, or related industry.
- Solid knowledge of system development, documentation, and process improvements.
