Treasury Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations such as cash management, bank payments, transfer, fund allocation, AR collection, and credit terms.
• Oversee daily cash positioning, inflow/outflow, collections, and payment process.
• Knowledgeable with bank products (credit, escrow, transfer, FX).
• Implement hedging strategies and other financial instruments to manage risk exposures.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange and credit risks.
• Reporting of cash flow, loan schedules, risk management, and FX exposure.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and treasury policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in treasury, banking, project finance, or corporate finance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of banking products, FX, and cash management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
