Job Description
- Manage relationships with lenders and investors, including reporting and fundraising coordination
- Monitor loan schedules, compliance requirements, and documentation for all debt instruments
- Support cash flow planning, liquidity management, and treasury operations
- Prepare internal and external financial, lender, and portfolio reports
The Successful Applicant
Non‑Negotiables / Required
- Background in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Financial Services, or related fields
- Experience managing debt instruments, loan schedules, and lender reporting
- Strong understanding of compliance, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Solid analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Good‑to‑Haves / Preferred
- Experience in microfinance, lending, banking, or impact‑driven financial institutions
- Exposure to working with multinational or multicultural teams
- Familiarity with liquidity management and cash flow forecasting
