Treasury Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.) Funding Management & Optimization: Oversee external funding partnerships in the Philippines market; ensure overall funding sufficiency while driving the reduction of funding costs.

2.) Partnership Development: Identify key funding players in the Philippines; establish and maintain relationships with a broad network of financial institutions; lead commercial negotiations to secure and formalize strategic collaborations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1.) Industry Background: Solid background in financial services with hands-on funding cooperation experience within the Philippines. Possess an extensive network of funder resources in Southeast Asia especially PH market (e.g., commercial banks and well-capitalized non-bank financial institutions).

2.) Work Experience: 5+ years of professional experience; demonstrates a strong curiosity regarding industry and market trends, with a proven track record of independently leading and delivering mature projects.

3.) Core Competencies: Proactive, highly responsible, and detail-oriented, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
