Qualifications
Graduate of any Business course
At least 1 year experience in Treasury operations
Familiarity with SAP
Detail-oriented and organized
Key Responsibilities
Process, monitor, and deposit cash and check collections
Release payments to suppliers
Prepare accountability reports (Cash Position, Petty Cash Fund, Bank Reconciliation, Treasury Reports)
Receive payments from customers and issue Collection Receipts (CR)
Coordinate with Credit & Collection for payments, including postdated checks
Prepare Cash Disbursement Vouchers (CDV) and conduct daily cash counts
Maintain filing system and issue local seals
Prepare weekly payment summaries
