Role Description The Treasury Associate is a contract, on-site role based in Pasay. This role is responsible for supporting daily cash management activities, including monitoring bank balances, tracking cash positions, and preparing cash reports. The Treasury Associate will process fund transfers, deposits, and payments, and help ensure timely settlement of obligations. The role includes maintaining accurate treasury records, assisting in bank reconciliations, and coordinating with internal teams and banking partners on treasury-related matters. The Treasury Associate will also support the preparation of treasury documentation, contribute to process improvements, and help uphold internal controls and company policies.

We are looking for a Treasury Associate to handle cash flow, payments, and banking transactions. This role ensures smooth financial operations and supports investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash flow and fund transfers.
  • Process payments and coordinate with banks.
  • Prepare cash flow reports and assist in financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in treasury or financial operations is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial systems.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
  • Has 6 months to 1 year experience.
