Job Description

Position: Disbursement Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare payments (bank transfers, checks, online payments)
  • Verify payment requests and supporting documents for accuracy and approval
  • Maintain disbursement records and filing
  • Assist with bank transactions and payment schedules
  • Support cash management and daily treasury operations
  • Coordinate with accounting, procurement, and vendors on payment matters
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and treasury reports
  • Perform other treasury-related administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or finance principles
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team
