15th floor, Exxa Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City (near Opus Mall)
Monday to Friday | 10AM to 4PM
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Undergraduate with 2 years in college
- 2+ years Travel domain (Corp. Travel)
- Must be amenable to work onsite in WNS Eastwood, Quezon City site
- Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule
- Proficiency in one or more GDS systems (preferred Sabre,Amadeus)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Customer Service Skills for managing corporate travelers
Job Description:
- Accurately and efficiently service travel request via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Ensuring all corporate travel policies and industry are followed.
- Handle inbound calls.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Actively listen to customers concerns, inquiries, and requests.
- Provide accurate and helpful information or assistance.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during call interactions.
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor throughout the call.
- Process Email Requests:
- Respond to emails promptly with accurate information or appropriate actions.
- Ensure email responses are courteous, clear, and grammatically correct.
- Escalate complex or critical issues to relevant departments or management
