Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with flight bookings, ticketing, rebooking, and travel inquiries
- Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and travel requests efficiently
- Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) for booking and account management
- Provide excellent customer service through voice, chat, or email support
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and travel information
Qualifications
- At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 1 year GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Experience in travel, airline, or hospitality accounts is an advantage
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
