Job Description

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our Travel Account team! If you have experience using GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo and enjoy assisting customers with travel-related concerns, this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, ticketing, rebooking, and travel inquiries
  • Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and travel requests efficiently
  • Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) for booking and account management
  • Provide excellent customer service through voice, chat, or email support
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records and travel information

Qualifications

  • At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
  • With at least 1 year GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
  • Experience in travel, airline, or hospitality accounts is an advantage
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
