Handle reservation for hotels, restaurants, tours, packages, etc
Helps in making tour packages, quotations and in dealing with prospective clients making
arrangements for clients travel programs.
Employees should have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the tourism industry in organizing tourist services.
Employees should have knowledge of the tourist geography of the world, especially Asian countries.
Employees should have knowledge in room and airline bookings utilizing the hotel portal and airline system
Employees should be able to customized and execute the itineraries based on program that includes transportation, accommodation, guides, and activities
Qualifications
Computer and Microsoft office literate
Organizational and communication skills, able to multi-task, comfortable working with a team
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree
At least 1-3 years experience in Local, Inbound, Domestic travel related operation gained from a travel agency
Customer driven, proactive and can work well even under pressure
