The Travel Accounts Executive is responsible for growing ZenInsure's travel insurance distribution by acquiring and activating travel agency partners on the Zen platform. This is primarily a B2B hunter role requiring consistent prospecting, pipeline management, and partner development. The role additionally provides technical sales support and campaign monitoring in coordination with ZenInsure's retail travel insurance team, though primary accountability is on B2B platform sales.
- Identify, approach, and close agreements with travel agencies as active distribution partners for the ZenInsure travel insurance platform
- Conduct field visits, product presentations, and commercial negotiations with agency owners and operations managers
- Coordinate onboarding of newly signed agency partners, including platform orientation and initial training
- Conduct regular check-ins and field visits with active partners to sustain engagement and increase policy issuance volume
- Monitor premium collection from assigned partner accounts and follow up on outstanding balances in accordance with company policy
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all partner accounts, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system on a daily basis
- Serve as a technical resource for the retail travel insurance team on platform-related and product-related queries
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales or account management experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in travel, insurance, financial services, or platform sales is an advantage
