Key Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of GDS experience.
- Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Sabre GDS is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
- Competencies: Strong customer service orientation and knowledge of international travel protocols.
Focus: Efficient booking, customer support, and Sabre proficiency.
- Reservation Processing: Efficiently handle inbound inquiries for flight, hotel, and car rental bookings using Sabre GDS (or other assigned platforms).
- Modification & Cancellations: Process PNR (Passenger Name Record) changes, cancellations, and basic refunds accurately within the GDS environment.
- Vendor Liaison: Contact airlines and hotel partners to confirm availability, resolve booking discrepancies, or secure special requests for guests.
- Customer Problem Solving: Provide immediate assistance to travelers facing disruptions, such as flight delays or overbooked accommodations, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Detailed Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client communications and booking transactions to ensure accuracy in billing and guest satisfaction.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Package: 30,000 45,000 (Total compensation package).
- Retention Bonus: 15,000 Quarterly Retention Bonus.
- Signing Bonus: 50,000 Sign-On Bonus (SOB) upon joining.
