  • Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and activities.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and various travel options.
  • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for booking and ticketing services.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve travel issues and complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field.
  • Experience Level: 2-5 years.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in GDS, especially Sabre; strong ticketing knowledge.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and work under pressure.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential odd hours based on client needs.
