Travel Consultant – With or Without GDS Experience
Qualifications
High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
With or without GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Galileo) experience
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Willing to work onsite if required
Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel reservations
Modify, rebook, or cancel travel arrangements as needed
Provide accurate travel information, policies, and fare details
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the booking process
