Travel Counselor plays a vital role in creating unforgettable travel experiences by managing complete arrangementsfrom booking flights, hotels, and tours to ensuring seamless service until the journey is complete.
- Provide outstanding customer care from inquiry to trip completion.
- Handle quotes, reservations, tickets, and add-ons promptly and accurately.
- Respond quickly to all client requests and maintain organized records.
- Apply correct service fees, prepare Sales Orders, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Revise itineraries and update rates as needed for client satisfaction.
- Ensure zero errors, timely responses, and exceptional service to make every trip a success.
- College Graduate of any four-year course.
- Preferably with experience in Travel Agency Industry.
- At least 1-2 years working experience.
- Capable of multitasking.
- Can communicate well in English and Tagalog.
- Can work under pressure.
- Willing to work beyond schedule.
- Must pass all GDS trainings (Galileo and Sabre) with a minimum grade of 90%.
