Role: Travel Consultant - Bilingual (Spanish)

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Philippines - Any CS Branch (Makati, Ortigas, Pampanga, Tarlac, Cebu, Davao)

Schedule: Morning/Mid/Night shift

Job description:

  • Book/Change Domestic & International reservations for air travel, hotel, car rentals and trains.
  • Highly skilled on Sabre GDS preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Strong worldwide geography knowledge.
  • Able to troubleshoot, problem solve and make decisions.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask with a sense of urgency while maintaining a professional rapport.
  • Creativity with Critical Thinking Outside the Box, detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.
  • Passion for Excellence in Customer Service.
  • Promote/offer fares, rates and suppliers that match the client's travel program policies and negotiated contracts.
  • Up to date with airlines rules and regulations and current affairs.
  • Able to read travel policies and take appropriate actions.
  • Experience in handling last minute travel requests/changes and flight cancellations/delays.
  • Accepting, and adapting to change quickly and professionally.
  • Experience with US and International markets.
  • Completely comfortable and adept in a technology focused environment.
  • Effective strong consulting skills and the ability to listen to clients needs while also offering confident recommendations.
  • Strong work ethic works to deadlines and not hours and good time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours.
  • Have a team player approach and collaboration skills.
  • Bubbly personality and great energy!

Qualification and requirements:

  • Must be flexible in working 24/7 support.
  • Initial working schedule will be Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time for the training. Afterwards, schedule may change depending on the needs.
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in Sabre
  • Minimum 2 -4 years experience in Corporate Travel.
  • Should be familiar with travel geography.
  • Must speak Spanish

  • Must be flexible in working 24/7 support.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Sabre
  • Minimum 1 -2 years experience in Corporate Travel.
