Job Title: Travel Agent (Amadeus Specialist)
Location: Dominican Republic (ONSITE) or Philippines (Remote)
About Us:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our team, supporting both international and domestic travel bookings. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in Amadeus reservation management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage travel bookings for individual travelers and groups using Amadeus.
- Prepare and issue group contract tickets in Amadeus.
- Read, interpret, and apply fare rules accurately to ensure correct pricing.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors via email and phone in professional English.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation in MS Excel.
- Assist with both international and domestic travel arrangements.
- Provide support and guidance to clients regarding travel policies, fares, and regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Travel Agent with a strong focus on using the Amadeus system
- Experience with both international and domestic group bookings.
- Knowledge of fare structures and fare rules in Amadeus.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time efficiently
