Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to travelers via phone, email, and chat
- Book flights, hotels, and rental cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre or Amadeus
- Issue, reissue, and process refunds for flight tickets in accordance with airline policies and fare rules
- Respond promptly to traveler inquiries, resolve booking issues, and provide accurate travel information
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel experiences and timely issue resolution
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in travel customer service or GDS-based booking environments
- Proficiency in at least one major GDS platform (Sabre or Amadeus)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with airline fare structures, ticketing rules, and refund procedures
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service
