Job Description

HIRING: FLEET COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage drivers to ensure safe operations, on-time schedules, and policy compliance.
Monitor fleet operations using GPS tracking to optimize routes, reduce delays, and improve productivity.
Track fuel consumption and control costs through efficient vehicle usage and monitoring.
Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections for fleet vehicles.
Ensure vehicle registrations, permits, insurance, and transport compliance are up to date.
Plan vehicle deployment and coordinate with logistics for efficient delivery routes and schedules.
Respond to vehicle breakdowns or accidents, assist with incident reports, and support insurance claims.
