Your Day-to-Day

Engage with business lines to understand migration requirements.

Develop detailed project plans to support effective migration execution.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are met.

Escalate issues promptly while providing viable alternative solutions.

Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transition plans.

Continuously enhance and update migration methodologies and toolkits.

Proactively identify, prevent, and resolve bottlenecks through practical solutions under tight deadlines.

Manage customer relationships, account oversight, and operational control of assigned tasks.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including C-level interfacing and managing blended offshore/onshore delivery operations.

Lead and manage teams to achieve transition success.

Maintain strong communication and interpersonal relationships with stakeholders.

Uphold customer relationship management practices.

Ensure all transition projects remain fully auditable.

Ensure all forecasted costs are understood at project initiation and that transition budgets are aligned with the account team.

Develop and maintain strong commercial awareness of Tech Mahindra processes and standards.
