Job Description

Job Title: Transition Support Assistant

Division: Operations

Department: Operations Back Office and Support Department

Reports to (Position of Immediate Superior) : Transition Support Officer

Primary Job Responsibility

  • Accountable for performing transition deliverables of identified newly-closed accounts. Also responsible for coordination and preparation of deliverables for requested transition and caravan activities of new business and renewal accounts.

Job Description

  • Ensures that all endorsed and decked newly closed accounts are properly acknowledged and accommodated.
  • Ensures accurate and timely implementation of transition deliverables based on the Transition Plan with a timetable of activities
  • Monitors the movements of the account's set up and member's activation.
  • Provides reports required and requested by the accounts.
  • Monitors the completion of all deliverables until the account is ready for endorsement to Operations Fulfillment.
  • Responds to queries of accounts/clients with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensures that transition evaluation/surveys are collected from account POCs upon endorsing the account to other handlers.
  • Reviews request and ensures execution of scheduled Transition Activities
  • Coordinates with the outsource partners for required logistics for the activities.
  • Monitors the ingress and egress of the activities.
  • Ensures that post-caravan evaluation and surveys are collected.
  • Timely submission of reports required by immediate heads.

Duties and Responsibilities to be done at IRREGULAR or INTERMITTENT Intervals

  • Participates during meetings and responds to queries as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
  • Provides support to the Transition Officer in preparing the Operations Committee reports.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • SKILLS
  • EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

MINIMUM educational level and background required by this POSITION: Completed at least 2 years in College with 2 yrs work experience, Vocational Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree required.

  • EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

PERIOD OF TIME OR LENGTH of related experience the CANDIDATE must acquire before being assigned to and perform the functions of this job, SATISFACTORILY under NORMAL supervision: Fresh graduates may apply; any experience relevant to the role is an advantage

  • SKILLS REQUIREMENT – TECHNICAL (For Tech and Business Support, Supervisory and Professional)
  • Good communication & analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS & Google applications
