Job Description:

Oversee Sorting Center's inbound, sort, outbound, and Return to Seller operations KPI / performance
Initiate improvements to achieve efficiency in operations
Work closely with SOC Lead in manpower planning and allocation
Evaluate performance of sub leads and provide feedback and ramp up plan
Collaborate with SPX Express Operations and Sorting Center Support teams in forecasting volume and maximizing SOC operations

Requirements:

Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree or higher
At least 5-8 years relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics or related fields
Experienced in handling volume operations and manpower (direct and 3rd party)
Critical with KPI and performance monitoring
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Applications
