The Transformation Support Specialist provides operational, communication, and analytical support to the Transformation Management Office. The role focuses on developing executive-ready materials, coordinating transformation activities, maintaining collaboration platforms, documenting key initiatives, and tracking transformation performance indicators.
This role ensures that transformation initiatives are effectively communicated, documented, and operationally supported across the organization.
Content Development
- Develop presentations and slide decks based on rough inputs, strategic discussions, or high-level specifications.
- Translate complex transformation topics into clear, structured, and visually compelling materials.
- Create internal communication materials such as transformation updates, intranet articles, announcements, and slide deck for different support groups.
Collaboration Platform & Content Management
- Create, update, and maintain content within corporate platforms such as Infopoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Support the technical setup, formatting, and modification of transformation-related content repositories.
- Ensure documentation and materials are organized, accessible, and aligned with governance standards.
Transformation Coordination & Organizational Support
- Maintain task boards and transformation trackers to ensure visibility of ongoing initiatives and deliverables.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings and workshops.
- Manage communication channels such as Teams groups or SharePoint sites related to transformation programs.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Document key discussions, decisions, and action items from transformation meetings and workshops.
- Maintain structured records of transformation activities and key deliverables.
- Support knowledge management efforts for transformation frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
Survey & Feedback Management
- Design and deploy internal surveys related to transformation initiatives, engagement, or organizational feedback.
- Analyze survey results and summarize insights to support decision-making and leadership communication.
Transformation KPI Monitoring
- Support the tracking and evaluation of transformation KPIs and progress indicators.
- Prepare dashboards and summary reports highlighting performance against transformation objectives.
- Assist in identifying trends, insights, and areas requiring leadership attention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 25 years of experience in roles such as:
- Transformation/PMO Support
- Executive Assistant supporting leadership teams
- Strategy or Corporate Communications
- Business Operations or Change Management support
- Required Skills:
- Strong ability to develop content and presentations from limited or high-level inputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an international environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret survey results and KPI data.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration platforms
- Familiarity with survey tools and basic data analysis
- Experience with task management tools (e.g., Planner, SPM in ServiceNow or similar) is a plus
- Advantage

- Exposure to project management or PMO processes.
