Job Description

The Transformation Specialist drives business evolution and continuous improvement (CI) within operational environments. By executing Lean methodologies and managing the CI pipeline, this role enhances process efficiency, quality, and reliability. As a subject-matter practitioner, the Specialist collaborates with leadership to implement sustainable, strategy-aligned improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Support and maintain the transformation pipeline by executing initiatives, tracking milestones, and reporting realized benefits.
  • Event Facilitation: Lead and document Kaizen events, workshops, and rapid improvement activities to drive immediate operational impact.
  • Methodology Application: Utilize Lean tools and structured problem-solving to eliminate waste, optimize flow, and increase process capability.
  • Process Diagnostics: Conduct value stream mapping (VSM), time studies, and process assessments to identify bottlenecked areas.
  • Standardization: Develop and update standard work protocols and process maps to ensure global scalability and long-term sustainment.
  • Digital Integration: Support the implementation of redesigned workflows and automation solutions in partnership with transformation leads.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; maintain data-driven dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data, analytics, and automation teams to ensure improvements are evidence-based and reinforced by capability building.
  • Culture Advocacy: Foster a CI mindset by socializing best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
  • Governance: Ensure all initiatives comply with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and operational excellence standards.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or Operations (required); Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required); Black Belt or PMP (preferred).

Experience:


  • 3+ years in Business Transformation, Lean, or Operational Excellence.
  • Background in Shared Services, Global Capability Centers (GCC), or MNC environments.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable ROI through process improvement projects.
