Transformation Manager

About the Role

As a Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for providing crucial support and supervision to Transformation Leads, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and partnerships. The Transformation Manager will be responsible for coaching, guiding, and managing Transformation Leads, as well as overseeing their own projects. Additionally, they will provide overall guidance, define strategy, and manage the capacities of the transformation team.

How you'll contribute

• Supervision of project delivery of the team and coaching
• Prompt fulfillment of assigned projects and their impact on the bank's bottom line.
• Define and maintain RTG processes.
• Actively contribute to the development of strategic plans.
• Capacity management through effective allocation of resources to meet project demands

What we're looking for

• Must have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial sector
• With expertise in project management and achieving the targeted business value.
• Has in-depth knowledge of and proficiency with Agile methods
• Preferably with experience as a Product Owner
• With outstanding communication abilities, to interact with various important stakeholders in an efficient manner.
• Has a background managing a group of individuals to carry out projects or implement improvements.
