Transformation Lead (Wealth and Investment Projects)

The Role

As a Wealth Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving and executing transformation initiatives that enable the scale-up of our Wealth business. This includes leading the rollout of new systems, process improvements, and digital platforms such as the Wealth System, BBX Wealth App, Genesys, Wealth Assist, and other upcoming initiatives.

How You'll Contribute

• Lead and manage the Wealth Transformation team in delivering key programs and initiatives
• Oversee the planning and execution of strategic transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and process design across the Wealth Group
• Collaborate closely with Technology, Product, and Business teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and assess the overall impact of transformation programs

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in transformation or strategic program management
• Strong understanding of wealth management operations and digital platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
