Connext is looking for an Escrow Processor II to support our Transaction Management team by handling the administrative build-out and processing of real estate transaction files.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing documentation, timelines, and compliance requirements to ensure smooth and accurate real estate transactions.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and open escrow and file setup packages, ensuring required components are complete prior to file build-out.
- Create and manage transaction files within TransactionPoint or designated platforms.
- Set up transaction timelines and track key milestones based on contracts and addenda.
- Order and monitor condominium and supporting transaction documents as required.
- Upload, organize, and maintain documents using proper naming conventions and file structure.
- Perform internal quality checks to verify required signatures, disclosures, addenda, and compliance documentation.
- Flag missing or incomplete documents to Transaction Managers for resolution.
- Maintain internal trackers, file status logs, and pipeline reports (e.g., new escrows, pending items).
- Manage internal assignment emails and file initiation communications.
- Support document revisions, re-uploads, and updated form management as needed.
- Adhere to standardized processes, document-handling protocols, and compliance procedures.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or vocational background accepted with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transaction management, escrow support, or similar administrative processing roles.
- Experience using cloud-based document management systems and shared drives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams (or similar tools) for daily communication and collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy in documents and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow standardized, checklist-driven workflows.
- Comfortable working independently and managing repetitive, high-volume tasks.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and evolving processes.
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Stable employment history required.
Nice to Have
- Experience using TransactionPoint or a comparable transaction management platform.
- Background supporting US real estate transactions or operations.
- Experience in compliance-driven documentation or file administration environments.
