The Transaction Advisory Manager will lead financial advisory engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and due diligence.
Responsibilities
Lead transaction advisory engagements from planning to execution
Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
Manage client relationships and deliverables
Provide strategic financial insights
Qualifications
Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is required
Five to ten years of relevant experience at the Manager level
Strong experience in business valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence
Experience in mergers and acquisitions or investment banking is an advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
