The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. This role involves collaborating with various departments to assess training needs, creating engaging materials, and implementing training sessions. The Training Specialist also evaluates the effectiveness of training initiatives and makes recommendations for improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps in employee skills
- Design and develop training programs and materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Develop and deliver orientation programs for new hires to facilitate their smooth integration into the organization
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation methods
- Regularly update training materials to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and industry best practices
- Utilize technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery and accessibility
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Coordinate and manage the training calendar to ensure timely delivery of programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is a plus!
- 1-2 years of experience as a Training Specialist. (Experience in law firms is a big plus!)
- Excellent communication and English written skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRMs and training tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time
- With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
