Training Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assists the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.

2. Proactively enrolling and searching for new training programs that is relevant with the collection services.

3. Well versed in creating action plans, modules and training programs that will further enhance learning experience of the collection force while maintaining and building relationships both external and internal clients.

4. People Management: Building a highly engaged team with strong development plan.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in corporate training or education.

3. Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.

4. Proficient in creating engaging training materials and e-learning modules.

5. Experience in assessing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness.

6. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to the ever-changing needs of the organization.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
