The Qualifications We Seek

Required Skills & Abilities

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in training, learning and development, customer education, virtual facilitation, or a related field
• Ability to ask clarifying questions before content development or facilitation and validate training requests against actual customer needs
• Ability to conduct basic needs assessments independently with stakeholders for standard content types
• Ability to build training content from provided designs, templates, and scripts and apply async-first learning principles with guidance
• Ability to facilitate live virtual sessions from detailed guides, manage unexpected or off-script questions calmly, and provide appropriate follow-up
• Ability to structure standard content types, such as feature walkthroughs and onboarding modules, for self-paced consumption by removing facilitator-dependent interactions and incorporating knowledge checks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to large virtual audiences
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills to ensure sessions begin and end as scheduled and content deadlines are met
• Ability to use AI production tools, including Synthesia and Claude, with guidance and according to established templates and workflows
• Understanding of the need to review AI-generated training content before customer delivery
• Ability to apply QA checklists consistently and identify issues before content becomes customer-facing
• Ability to learn new tools independently through self-exploration
• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with immediate teammates and prevent blockers for adjacent functions
• Ability to complete assigned deliverables on time with guidance and raise risks early
• Ability to manage concurrent projects without compromising quality

Technical & Working Requirements

• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup suitable for virtual facilitation
• Ability to present and facilitate remotely for extended periods
• Proficiency with video conferencing platforms, such as Zoom or equivalent tools, and virtual classroom management
• Availability to overlap with U.S. business hours as required for live webinar facilitation

Your Daily Tasks

• Host virtual customer events for nonprofit customers and deliver professional, welcoming, and well-paced online learning experiences
• Facilitate scripted live webinars according to standard agendas and lesson plans with accuracy and confidence
• Produce educational videos from existing templates and scripts using AI production tools, including Synthesia
• Apply established QA checklists before educational content becomes customer-facing
• Maintain accurate and current LMS content to ensure customers receive up-to-date information
• Answer customer questions during live sessions respectfully and informatively
• Escalate complex or off-script customer questions through the appropriate channels
• Communicate proactively when deliverable timelines are at risk
• Collaborate with teammates and ask clarifying questions before work begins to ensure training addresses actual customer needs
• Apply async-first learning principles and structure appropriate content for self-paced consumption
