Job Description

As a Training Specialist, you will design and deliver practical learning resources, facilitate onboarding and upskilling, and partner with leaders to support process changes and continuous improvement. Your work ensures employees build confidence, consistency, and performance in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, weekends off

Work setup: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 35,000.00 - PHP 48,000.00

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center environment; Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit experience is an asset
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (minimum 9/10 proficiency)
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, priorities, and multiple training requests
  • Remote work experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM and call center tools; stable internet connection

Your Daily Tasks

  • Develop training materials, including digital presentations and how-to manuals or guides
  • Prepare, update, and maintain documentation for department procedures and policies
  • Schedule and facilitate training sessions to onboard and support new employees
  • Train current employees on new or updated procedures to improve performance and consistency
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure trainees have the required credentials and system access
  • Observe daily operations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with team leaders and managers to provide on-the-job coaching
  • Support new employees throughout their integration period to help them meet quality and productivity expectations
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned
