Job Description

The Leader Development Specialist designs, delivers, and manages leadership training programs for field managers, primarily across Manila and Luzon. This role ensures leaders are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools to drive performance, foster team engagement, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver in-house leadership development programs for field managers, ensuring practical application and impact.
  • Collaborate with management teams to develop and deliver customized training sessions tailored to branch-specific needs.
  • Cascade key initiatives through various training platforms to reinforce leadership competencies.
  • Partner with cross-functional business units to align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Research and integrate current training trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Support program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize learning outcomes.

Qualifications & Competencies:


  • University degree; 34 years of experience in leadership training, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong training delivery and program design skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and platform proficiency.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within Luzon; supervisory experience is a plus.
