  • Assist in researching and developing training materials
  • Support the creation of courseware, including course outlines, student workbooks, slide presentations, and exercises
  • Facilitate training sessions under the guidance of senior trainers
  • Conduct skills assessments to identify training needs and gaps
  • Help coordinate and document training programs, ensuring proper records are maintained





Qualifications



  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development, Education, or any four-year course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in training or learning and development
  • Experience in software testing or IT-related training is a plus
  • Familiarity with online training platforms, e-learning tools, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools
