- Conduct engaging training sessions and hands-on coaching for FOH and BOH Team Members.
- Reinforce service, culinary, and food safety standards through audits and on-site visits.
- Support onboarding, leadership, and skills development programs across all stores.
- Assist in new store openings by facilitating training schedules and readiness assessments.
- Track training progress, evaluate results, and recommend areas for improvement.
- Partner with store leaders and trainers to build a culture of learning and excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of experience in Training or Store Operations within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging and inspiring others.
- Working knowledge of service standards, food handling, and operations excellence.
- Energetic, organized, and creative in designing learning experiences that last.
Location: Libis QC but travels to the stores from time to time; On-site
