Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Training Officer role based in Quezon City. The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating training materials, organizing training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Experience in Training and Development and Employee training
- Ability to assess training needs and develop training programs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- College graduate of 4 year course
- With at least 6 months or 1 year experience as a Training Officer
