Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager based in Caloocan City. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing employee training programs, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training efforts. Key tasks include developing materials, facilitating training sessions, conducting skill assessments, and coordinating with departments to align training initiatives with company goals. The Training Manager will also monitor employee progress, maintain training records, and propose strategies for continuous development.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Training Program Development, Curriculum Design, and Instructional Design
  • Experience with Employee Performance Assessment, Progress Tracking, and Feedback Mechanisms
  • Proficient in Delivering In-Person Training, Workshop Facilitation, and Presentation Skills
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and E-learning Tools
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and People Management Skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt training to meet organizational needs
  • Prior experience in a training, education, or human resources role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fields
