The Training Associate plays a key role in strengthening the competencies of field personnel by developing and delivering high-quality training programs focused on Product Knowledge and Disease Knowledge. The role ensures that Medical Representatives and other commercial teams are equipped with accurate, up-to-date scientific information essential for effective customer engagements and ethical promotion of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development & Delivery
Conduct comprehensive training sessions on product knowledge, disease background, treatment pathways, and competitive landscape for Neuroscience and Oncology portfolios.
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and field-based training for new hires and existing employees.
Assist in designing and updating training modules, learning materials, assessments, and evaluations.
Content Creation & Management
Develop scientifically accurate and engaging training materials such as slide decks, guides, quizzes, and reference tools.
Ensure all training content is aligned with medical, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Maintain updated knowledge of current guidelines, clinical studies, and therapeutic updates related to Neuroscience and Oncology.
Coordination & Documentation
Support training logistics, including scheduling, attendance, and training records.
Coordinate with Medical, Marketing, and Sales Teams to gather updated information and ensure consistency in messaging.
Track training progress, performance, and development needs of field personnel.
Continuous Improvement
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on feedback and business needs.
Stay informed on adult learning principles and new training methodologies to improve knowledge retention and engagement.
Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving capability development within the organization.
