Training Associate | Onsite | Hybrid | Full-time

As a Training Associate, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping employee experiences—from onboarding their first day to supporting skills that help them succeed long-term.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of onboarding, skills, and compliance training
• Coordinating schedules, logistics, and participant tracking
• Preparing training materials, presentations, and assessments
• Monitoring attendance, completion, and post-training feedback
• Assisting trainers and subject matter experts during sessions
• Keeping training records accurate and organized
• Helping evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Stepping in wherever support is needed to make learning happen

What we're looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in training, HR, or learning support (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Willingness to conduct both face-to-face and virtual training sessions
