Training Specialist

What You'll Do

Bring Learning to Life

• Facilitate engaging training programs through on-site, virtual, and hybrid sessionsthat inspire participation and knowledge retention.
• Create a safe and interactive learning environment where employees feel encouraged to ask, share, and grow.
• Support trainers and subject matter experts to ensure smooth and meaningful learning experiences.

Design Learning That Matters

• Develop learner-focused materials including presentations, activities, and assessments that support real workplace application.
• Partner with stakeholders to design training aligned with job roles, performance goals, and organizational priorities.
• Help build structured learning journeys covering onboarding, leadership, technical skills, and professional development.

Continuously Improve the Learning Experience

• Gather feedback and insights to understand what works and what can be improved.
• Analyze training outcomes and collaborate with the Training Manager to enhance content and delivery methods.
• Ensure learning programs remain relevant, engaging, and impactful.

Support Learning Beyond the Classroom

• Create reinforcement tools such as job aids, guides, and follow-up learning activities.
• Work with supervisors to help employees apply new skills in real work situations.
• Contribute to measuring training impact and long-term development outcomes.

Help Build a Culture of Learning

• Promote continuous learning through knowledge-sharing sessions and collaborative workshops.
• Encourage employees to take ownership of their growth by highlighting development opportunities and success stories.
• Help foster an environment where learning is valued, shared, and celebrated.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field
• Experience in training facilitation, learning & development, or instructional support
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for helping others learn and succeed
• Organized, collaborative, and adaptable working style
• Experience with training tools or LMS platforms is a plus
