Training Needs Assessment. Conduct training needs analysis for the assigned employee segment, analyze and provide findings and observations on the results.
Program Implementation/Facilitation. Organize and roll-out of assigned programs including facilitation of learning sessions for internal trainings and coordination with training vendors.
Learning Dashboard and Administration. Maintains and analyzes learning reports and dashboard. Manages release of learning logistical concerns, communications and employee inquiries on trainings.
Employee Orientation Program
Manages the scheduling, coordination of email invitations, and logistical preparations for New Employee Orientation.
Collaborate with concerned partners on the design and structure of new employee orientation.
Manages the e-learning resources on for new hires.
Conduct follow-through with all new hires to ensure full compliance with onboarding requirements.
Oversees and tracks officers completion of Corporate Governance training to ensure adherence to compliance requirements as well as submission to the Insurance Commission.
Employee Engagement and Recognition
Monitor and follow through engagement action plans developed by each Division with HR Business Partners.
Prepare presentation template for the post survey discussion and action planning for the various work units.
Provide support to the Employee Engagement Champions in organizing employee events/activities to ensure achievement of objectives in accordance with set standards.
Develop employee communication campaigns on existing recognition and employee engagement programs.
Administrative Support
Prepare Training Utilization, Compliance Reports and adhoc reports assigned
Manages and approves the room reservation of training rooms and the Hive.
Administration of Training and Development in Workday and MOOCs. Implement ways to make the system useful and increase utilization from among employees; regularly update the required data in the system; create online modules as a component of blended learning programs;
Vendor Management. Conduct sourcing, vendor comparison, accreditation, payment processing and evaluation of vendors for employee recreation & recognition related requirements.
Attend to various requests and inquiries on time and with extra mile service orientation.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Management, or other related courses.
In-depth understanding of Adult Learning Principles and their application to the design & facilitation of training
Considerable knowledge on the concepts, principles, and best practices in the following areas: Customer Service, Work Effectiveness, and Personal Effectiveness.
At least one (1) year training experience adnd in organizing employee events and communication
