Role OverviewThe Training Assistant Manager supports the execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs, with a strong focus on sales performance and capability development. This role works closely with Operations and Training leadership to ensure learning initiatives align with business and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on sales, product, and soft skills
- Support curriculum development, training materials, and facilitation guides
- Conduct training sessions, coaching, and refresher programs as needed
- Monitor trainee performance and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
- Support training needs analysis and competency gap assessments
- Coordinate with Operations, QA, and Leadership teams to align training initiatives
- Track training effectiveness using metrics, reports, and assessments
- Support people management and mentoring of trainers as assigned
- Manage multiple training projects and timelines simultaneously
Non-Negotiable Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in Training & Development / Learning & Development
- Trainer or Assistant Training Manager experience in a BPO setup
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a structured or corporate sales environment
- Minimum 1 year of training, teaching, or facilitation experience
- Strong background in curriculum development and training delivery
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
