Role Description

The Training and Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's learning and development strategy, including training programs, Learning Management System (LMS) administration, and capability-building initiatives. The role also supports talent acquisition and performance management processes, ensuring alignment between workforce capability and business objectives. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Master's degree or certification (e.g., CPTD, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR.
  • Proven experience in training design, facilitation, and LMS management.
  • Exposure to talent management, recruitment, and performance management systems.
  • Instructional design and curriculum development
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • LMS and HRIS proficiency
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Stakeholder management and business partnering
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
