Job Description

The Training and Operations Supervisor oversees the Training and Development and Operations Management of the Franchise Relations Department. He/She analyzes, designs, implements, and evaluates training programs. He/She is accountable for guaranteeing the effective and streamlined functioning of business operations, including overseeing staff, managing resources, and developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Duties And Responsibilities

Training and Development

  • Assessing training needs.
  • Developing training programs.
  • Delivering training.
  • Evaluating training program effectiveness.
  • Managing training resources.
  • Monitoring industry trends.

Operations

  • Supervise and lead the Operations Team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that comply with company standards and objectives.
  • Communicate with the franchisees and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for food cart business operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • College graduate with specialization in any of the following fields: Education, Training and Development, Marketing, Human Resource, or Management
  • At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in training and operations management.
  • Proven experience in training and operations management or a related role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
