We are looking for an Ambassador to execute training, engagement, and incentive programs directly on the call center floor. This role plays a key part in driving sales energy, agent participation, and on-site execution while acting as the eyes and ears of the organization at our partner sites.
What You Will Do
- Execute daily onsite activations, power hours, and live education sessions
- Deliver training and facilitate huddles and floor coaching
- Run incentive programs, manage rewards, and create excitement on the floor
- Coordinate assets, materials, and vendors for onsite activities
- Partner closely with site leadership and internal field teams
- Submit weekly site updates covering sales performance, training plans, and engagement activities
- Participate in internal and external alignment calls
What We Are Looking For
- Call center experience, leadership exposure preferred
- Background in training, education, or incentive programs
- Outgoing, confident, and able to energize a room
- Strong relationship-building skills with agents and managers
- Willing to work US business hours from 10PM to 7AM PHT
