KEY OBJECTIVES:
Responsible for analyzing communication-related performance gaps and designing targeted learning interventions that enhance both oral and written English proficiency across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, Communication, Journalism, Psychology, Human Resource Development, or related field.
- Additional training in instructional design, language facilitation, adult learning principles, or business communication is advantageous.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in language training, learning and development, or communication coaching in a BPO or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze communication performance gaps and recommend appropriate training or development interventions.
- Experience in designing training modules, lesson plans, and learning materials focused on both spoken and written communication.
- Strong capability in facilitating language training sessions, including pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and business writing improvement.
- Ability to develop written communication training for email, chat support, documentation, and professional workplace communication.
- Experience creating knowledge checks, quizzes, assessments, and training evaluations to measure learner comprehension and skill development.
- Ability to guide trainers or facilitators and support learning delivery through coaching and feedback.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills to monitor training effectiveness and improve learning programs.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications (not required but an advantage):
- TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)
- TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language)
- ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)
- Instructional Design Certificate (ATD or equivalent)
WORKING CONDITIONS: Shifting schedules; office-based; 5 days a week
