Fortem Cement Corporation is looking for a Training and Development Executive Sales to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that enhance the capability and performance of our Sales organization. This role supports sales effectiveness through structured learning, onboarding, and skills development, working closely with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis for sales, technical, and operational roles.
- Design and deliver sales and product training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and impact on performance.
- Support sales onboarding and capability-building initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills (Compressed)
- 24 years experience in Training and Development; exposure to manufacturing, cement, construction materials, or heavy industry preferred.
- Background in sales, technical, or operational training is an advantage.
- College graduate, preferably Marketing, Communication, Business Administration.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation.
- Proficient in MS Office, LMS, and digital training tools.
- Results-driven, organized, adaptable, and professional with strong attention to detail.
- Committed to safety and quality standards.
Working Conditions
- May require travel to plants, terminals, depots, and sales areas
