Role OverviewWe are looking for a Training Specialist / Training Officer with strong Learning & Development experience who thrives in a highly client-facing, delivery-driven environment.
This role is hands-on and execution-heavy. Approximately 90% of the role involves face-to-face workshops, working directly with participants, facilitators, and client stakeholders. This is not a desk-bound L&D role.
You will be responsible for supporting, co-facilitating, and helping deliver training programs while ensuring quality, consistency, and strong learner experience.
What You'll DoAs a Training Specialist / Officer, you will:
- Support and co-handle face-to-face training workshops (primary responsibility)
- Design and customize training programs based on client needs
- Develop training materials, facilitator guides, and participant workbooks
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and synthesize insights
- Coordinate closely with consultants, facilitators, and project teams
- Document sessions and convert insights into improvements and refinements
- Support post-program evaluation and continuous learning improvement
Functional ExposureDepending on project needs and strengths, you may also be exposed to:
- Instructional Design / eLearning content structuring, digital learning assets, LMS support
- Project Management coordination, timelines, and delivery support
- Sales Support proposal inputs and solution conceptualization
- Content & Knowledge Management refining learning frameworks and tools
Work Setup & Mobility Requirements- 5 days onsite (office and client locations)
- Schedule may change depending on business and client needs
- Willingness to travel 35 days per week for client workshops and engagements is required
What We're Looking For- At least 3 years of working experience in Learning & Development, training, or facilitation
- Strong experience in face-to-face training delivery
- Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Coachable, collaborative, and able to work under pressure
- Able to manage multiple engagements and tight timelines
Tools & Technical Requirements- Comfortable using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and/or Canva
- Familiar with MacBooks / iOS
- Experience with LMS or eLearning tools is a plus
